Our client based in Ringwood is looking for Customer Service Administrators who are fluent in German and English both spoken and written. Previous sales or customer service experience desirable. You will be required to gently ‘upsell’ to existing clients (no cold calling, warm calls only). You will be working to specific targets for inbound and outbound calls and emails.
